Product: Human coagulation Factor XI
Catalog Number: HFXI
Product Page: https://www.mol-innov.com/products/IHUFXI100UG
Description: Human Factor XI is a two-chain glycoprotein prepared from fresh human plasma using several chromatographic steps. The two chains are identical disulfide bonded polypeptides with molecular weights of 80,000 daltons. Factor XI is activated to Factor XIa by Factor Xlla. Purity of Factor XI is >95percent by SDS-PAGE and activity is determined via clotting assay. Prepared from plasma found negative by FDA accepted methods for Anti-HIV1/2, Anti-HTLV I & II, HBsAg, Anti-HCV, Syphilis, HBC Ab, HIV-1 p24 Ag or HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA and HBV RNA. Donors are screened for CJD (Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease).
