Product Description

Product: Inhibitory Anti Human VLDL receptor, clone 1H10
Catalog Number: MA-1H10
Product Page: https://www.mol-innov.com/products/IMSAHUVLDL1H10C1MG
Description: Monoclonal antibody produced in mouse. Useful for ELISA and western blot under non-reducing conditions. Binds to an epitope on the C-terminus of VLDL receptor ligand binding domain (amino acids 191-355, UniProtKB: locus VLDLR_HUMAN, accession P98155) and blocks apoE4 binding. Purified by immobilized Protein A. IgG1 class.
