Horseradish peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG, Heavy & Light chain specific. Affinity purified and adsorbed against bovine, horse, human, and mouse serum proteins. Monospecific for rabbit IgG, heavy and light chains, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis against normal rabbit serum. Cross-reactivity with normal bovine, horse, human, and mouse serum is <2percent by direct solid phase immunoassay. Recommended starting dilution for ELISA is 1:10,000 but proper working dilution must be optimized by the end user.
