The sensitive measurement of total human plasminogen antigen is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Human plasminogen binds capture antibody coated onto a micro titer plate. Polyclonal sheep anti-human plasminogen primary antibody binds to the captured plasminogen. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonal antibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450 nm. A standard calibration curve is prepared using dilutions of purified plasminogen and is measured along with the test samples. All reagents and standards are provided in these ELISA kits.
