Blocks cellular-mediated uptake of alpha 2 macroglobulin trypsin complex by LRP1. Use WI-38 fibroblast as positive control and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) as negative control. Purified by immobilized Protein A. IgG1kappa class.
