This rabbit immunoglobulin G antigen assay is intended for the quantitative determination of total rabbit IgG antigen in serum, plasma, hybridoma cell supernatants, ascites or other biological fluids. The assay does not distinguish IgG subclasses. The kit does not cross react with human, pig, rat, dog, sheep or mouse. It cross reacts with guinea pig at 0.002%.
