Featured Citation

Drs. Lee, Eren, Vaughan, Schleimer and Cho used our Active Mouse PAI-1 ELISA kit to sensitively quantitate PAI-1 levels in mouse bronchoalveolar lavage fluids. The attenuation of airway remodeling by the PAI-1 inhibitor tiplaxtinin was demonstrated in the American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology.

Immunofluorescence Spotlight

Drs. McEachron, Pawlinski, Richards, Church, and Mackman at the University of North Carolina utilize FITC labeled antibodies to mouse uPA (ASMUPA-GF-FITC) for IF staining of 4T1 cells. Activation of protease-activated receptors induced uPA expression within the Golgi as discussed in their paper in Blood.
