PAI-1 Use in Cell Culture

To investigate the effects of PAI-1 on cultured cells, please add PAI-1 to cell culture media at a final concentration of 1 ug/ml. PAI-1 must be sterile filtered before use in cell culture. Stable mutant forms of PAI-1 (Catalog # CPAI, MPAI-I91L, RPAI-I91L) are recommended because they will remain active longer than wild type under cell culture conditions.
